With the completion of Tuesday's Snowboard big air competition at Cardrona Alpine Resort, the FIS Freestyle and Snowboard Junior World Championships 2010 drew to a close.
Huge spectator turnout is expected during the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2011 at Oslo's Holmenkollen this winter. Ticket sales started Wednesday, 1st September 2010.
The sign-up for the first ever Rampa con i Campioni opened Wednesday 1st September at midnight and is limited to 200 racers on a first come first served basis.
Entries for the 2011 edition are sold out after the numbers reached the limit of 15'800 last week.
The kick-off meeting for the FIS Coordination Group of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2015 took place in Falun (SWE) on Monday-Tuesday, 30th-31st August 2010.

Enni Rukajärvi and Petja Piiroinen (19), both of Finland took out the ladies' and men's junior world champion titles in Tuesday's Snowboard big air at Cardrona at the final day of the 2010 FIS Snowboard & Freestyle Junior World Championships.
Noah Bowman (CAN) and Britta Sigourney (USA) were crowned as the 2010 FIS junior world champions in the ski half-pipe.
Fanny Smith (SUI) and Didrik Bastian Juell (NOR) took the honors in fast and fierce competition in Cardrona (NZE).
Two more alpine snowboarding junior world champions were decided Friday at Snow Park NZ in the parallel slalom with Russia's Dimitry Bazanov (19) and Sabine Schoeffmann (18) of Austria taking out the male and female titles respectively.
